We live in Varantharappally, a rural area of Thrissur. We have a dairy plant that processes 6000 liters of milk per day at a cost of Rs. 60 lakhs. Young farmers milk collection and processing unit. Now we are collecting milk from a nearby farm.
It would be great to have our own farm. Our goal is to have a high-tech farm with 250 cows, and its initial steps have already begun.
Our goal is to bring 100% organic milk to market. The project aims to provide employment to a large number of people by drying and packing the dung and a nursery for growing seedlings by sowing seeds, which will provide employment to at least 100 poor people in and around.
